I have had my Versa for two weeks and although I love it, it has been quite frustrating because I have spent what feels like, every waking hour trying to get my Versa to connect to Bluetooth and it is just not happening. I feel like I am not getting the full enjoyment of my watch. And what is a force sync?

What phone are you using? I agree with you - syncing issues are awful!
A force sync is a manual sync, when you go into the app and to the Versa screen and tap Sync Now.

It's great to welcome you @tdlopez74 and @NellyG thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and recommend taking a look at the help article Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and follow the instructions provide there.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. ![]()
