Versa will not turn on after charging all day

Hi,

 

I am having trouble with my versa. It won't hold a charge and now is completely dead and the charger isn't working to turn it back on. I have had it a little over a year. Any tips to fix this??

Hi @BethanyS412 That doesnt sound good. Have you tried restarting it several times? That is the only thing you can try really. Otherwise you will need to contact Support (link in my signature) and see if they can help you.
