Versa will not turn on after factory reset

About 2 months ago, my versa stopped receiving notifications from my phone. It didn't bother me much at first, but I decided to try to fix it this week. After many attempts doing everything suggested on this form to reconnect my notifications, including uninstalling the app and messing with my Bluetooth settings on my phone, I decided this morning to do a factory reset. I used the menu on the Versa to reset it and now it won't turn back on. I've held all the buttons down for 10-15 seconds all the way to 10 minutes and still nothing. It won't even acknowledge it's on the charger. Also, I can't push the buttons while it's on the charger because it wraps around. This is now the 3rd Fitbit device I've had that has given me issues after a few months and I bought this in September of 2018. So disappointed, will likely not buy another Fitbit. Might switch to Apple and get their watch/tracker.

Hi, try this: put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your PC and leave it there for at least 2-3 hours and see if it wakes up after that time. Hope so!!

Unfortunately, none of these troubleshooting tips helped me, my Versa shows no signs of intelligent life. Is the next step replacement?
