Versa will not turn on after factory reset. :(

My fitbit versa was not vibrating with text notifications even though it would receive them.  It did vibrate with phone calls.  I checked and double checked all notification settings and couldn't get it to work.  I then began all the other troubleshooting ideas - uninstall/reinstall app, restart versa, restart phone, and all combinations of those three.  Nothing worked.  So I decided to try the factory reset and now my versa will not turn back on.  I have tried charging it and no luck.  Ugh!  If I would have known that a factory reset would kill my versa I never would have done it.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

I just spent over a half an hour with Fitbit support. My Versa stopped vibrating for texts and emails. It does vibrate for calls, alarms and timers.

Support person said, this issue is known and they are working on it and to check back on the forum. My roommate got the Versa after me and her watch is not having the same issues. GRRRR.  Should have paid the $$ for an Apple Watch. Connectivity is way better.

Don't do a factory reset!  That is how mine died.
