Versa will not turn on/ condensation in sensors

This is my second versa!

Yesterday it shut off midday. I was playing in the pool with my 3 year old (very shallow water).

It was previously half charged before it died. I flipped it over and noticed condensation in the sensors. Help!!! It will not charge, manual reset or turn on.

@Taylerr, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed int this help article. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

No vibration and it's been in charge for two nights on different outlets. It has done this before but then started working after several days.
