Versa will not turn on or charge

My fitbit versa lost all charge, so put it on charger.  Nothing, black.  Usually it shows how much battery is left on it when I put it on the charger, this time nothing.  I thought that maybe it was my charger.  Tried a friends charger and nothing on it either.  What can I do to get this fixed?  Tried holding all buttons to make it come on,,,nothing.  Help.

Hi @BoyMom1999  It sounds like it has died. Try restarting it seversl times, but if that doesnt help then you will need to contact Customer Support

I've tried all those steps as well...restarting device...pressing all 3 buttons and nothing happens
