Same issues here with my wife's Versa. It just started last night. We have had issues with every single Fitbit that we've ever had. Between the two of us, I'm guessing we've had 6-8 Fitbits. Every time I say that I'm not going to purchase another one. She really enjoyed this one and it's unfortunate that, as usual, it goes down after the warranty is up. She wants to get the Versa 2 now if this one can't be repaired or replaced. But I expect to get the generic, "try to restart it by pressing the left and bottom buttons" followed by "it's no longer under warrany, sorry". This seems to be a very common issue if you read through the support community pages for Versa. What can be done? And if nothing can be, why should I purchase another Fitbit product?

I would leave it in its charger, if it has been dead it may take a little while for it to show any signs of charging and even longer before it may turn on.

It’s been on the charger since last night. Almost 24 hours. It powers on when on the charger and shows 100% charged. When you take it off it immediately powers off and will not come back on.

I’ve had same issue. Already had this replaced too as it wouldn’t sync... but like you yesterday it was j in. Charge, showed 0% even though should of been full. It then went to blank screen.... I resolved by holding all three buttons for about 15seconds... it then came back to life and then also showed 100% charge!!!
