I went to charge my versa which was completely dead. When I took it off the charger it seemed to work but kept resetting itself and couldn't use the screen to check my steps. Then about hour later screen went complety dark. In the morning I notice condensation under the sensors. What can I do?

@Capgirl21 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on completely after charging it.
Please restart your Versa manually as described in this help article. After this, charge it for 2-3 hours and see if it vibrates and turns on. Finally, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀

Same issue. This morning my versa was dead, so I charged it and within 15min it was dead again (would not turn on). I put it on charger and it showed full but will not power up. When I take it off charger it goes black again.

I also have the same issue. Versa died on me yesterday, put it on the charger overnight. Showed at 100% this morning and now 3 hours later is dead and the app cannot find it.

I managed to get to factory reset while it was on the charger. Reset it. Repaired with app. Reinstalled updates (took an hour). Battery charged to 100% according to app and versa display. 5min after taking it off charger, screen is black and won't power on. Guess it's dead.
