Versa will not turn on

My husband has had his versa just under a month. Been working fine up until this evening. It just turned off and will not respond. Won't charge. I've tried restarting it by pressing the relevant buttons but still nothing. He hasn't changed the clock face as some people have suggested where they were having problems. Any help much appreciated

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if you followed our friend's recommendation and contacted our support team, have they offer you a solution?

I am having the same issue. I woke up this morning and it will not turn on. I had to send a video of me trying to restart in to customer support and I haven't heard anything back yet.

I have been in contact with customer support now for over a week. After trying many solutions they have given me it is still not working. They have sent out a prepaid return bill for me to return the versa as it is faulty. A replacement versa is then being sent out to me
