I have had my versa since the day it was released and I have been using it on a daily basis since. The following started only within the last week: My versa will randomly shutdown and I can not turn it on. I have tried holding on three buttons at the same time to reset the device and still nothing. The only way I can get the device to turn on is to place it on the factory provided charger and the Versa will magically turn on and boot back up. Battery charge is consistently above 80%. So, its not a low battery. I am going to follow the normal customer support guidance from Fitbit to troubleshoot further by hard resetting the device and using the default watch face. I'll report back if the issue still happens.

I hard reset my versa and added it back to my fitbit app running on my phone. Versa synced and successfully updated to the latest version. Battery is full
Versa FW version: 32.32.10.15
Fitbit for Android version: 2.80.1
Phone Samsung S9 Plus
Android version: 8
Baseband version: G965USQS3ARG8
Versa is still shutting down and can only wake it up by connecting it to the charger for 5 seconds
