My Versa will not update to 3.0.
i have tried it via iOS (iPhone 6) and Android (Samsung S9) and have the same issue.
Once it reaches 100% on “downloading” it switches to “installing” for a moment and then back to “downloading” and it will keep
doing it until the world ends if I don’t stop it. I let it go on for 4 hours once.
things I’ve taken tried:
restarting the versa (endless amount of times)
updating via both wifi and bluetooth
deleting the app and reinstalling
deleting the versa and readding
just about wits end over this

Did you get it fixed? My Versa is doing the same.

Sorry to hear that your Versa isn't updating. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them and updating the firmware. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

Fineliners have you tried doing it on the computer? I haven’t yet. Too agitated now. I bought the Aria2 and I can’t sync it. About to return it and get my money back. GRRR!!!
