@DebRussell Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not syncing with your phone. I want to follow up on this issue and would like to know if your tracker is still unable to sync or if the issue got fixed after following the troubleshooting steps that provided my friend @Marrrmaduke.
Looking forward to your response! ![]()

@DebRussell If it's losing time then it is not syncing properly. Can you share your phone model and OS (unless you already have and somehow I missed it). Also, which Versa firmware are you on?

Hello, I had the same issue. I followed the above instructions and my Versa did finally sync. However, since I unpaired my Versa to my phone, how do I pair it again to my phone? Thanks in advance for your help.

I have had the same issue. It started lastweek. I have uninstalled the app and the Versa from my phone. I've had difficulty reinstalling the device. I managed to successfully reinstall the Versa yesterday, it synced then but not after installation. I have a Charge 1 and have never had an issue.
UPDATE:
Marrmaduke- I did your steps again today to no avail.
UPDATE 2:
I stand corrected! Your steps worked. I did get it to sync. I will see if it continues. I have not paired it yet. I want to see if it keeps syncing first. Thank you so much for your help!!

I’ve tried all that it’s not syncing and appears to have lost an hour in time. Not sure what to do.

@borealis23 you do nothing. Versa got automatically paired when you forced sync via Fitbit app .😊 Do not attempt to pair via phone Bluetooth settings.

@Morette sometimes one has to try several times. my general observation is that usually it's enough to just unpair Versa, reboot versa, toggle Bluetooth on/off and force sync. Sometimes it might prefer phone reboot instead of toggling, but usually reinstall of the app is not needed.

Hello, I have a Versa which I had paired to my iPhone and it worked great until it stopped syncing. I followed all of the steps you had suggested but it still doesn’t work. But you said ‘not ‘ to pair, to force sync. So, how do I force sync please?
This is new for me and I am ready to return it.
Thanks

@MarcellaL if you uninstalled and reinstalled the app, the first time you log in it will ask for all permissions including pairing. At this point it should start syncing by itself. You can force sync by tapping on Versa's icon and scrolling down to Sync.

@DebRussell i think at this point, I would reach out to Customer Support for guidance. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
