Versa will not update

I just bought my Versa 2 days ago and have been struggling to get it to update. It syncs to my phone just fine, but it will not update the firmware software. I've had strong internet, its been fully charged and my phone is an IPhone 7. I've read several articles about troubleshooting this problem, but none of the steps have worked. I am extremely frustrated with this product.

I just bought mine 3 hours ago and have spent last 2.5 hours trying to update versa. Went through everything over the phone with tech support but still not working. I only wish I had bought the charge 2 I had in hand and decided on the versa.
