Hi @nlbeach7, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on.

 

Please let me know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

I run into two problems with my Fitbit verse first I bought my on back in two years ago I was at work and realized that the face of the watch fell out. I called customer support and they told me that the watch was faulty. They sent me a voucher for another one, this only lasted for a year. I place it on the charger when I went back it won't turn on, I am so disappointed with them. I ask them to troubleshoot they say that the battery is gone they can only give me twenty-five percent off a one. I told them that this is a big rip off the customers they did not care. My money just went that. Am without a watch at the moment   trying to figure out which to buy now.
