I got the Versa for Christmas and it has been working great for the first couple weeks. However, after no changes on my part, it suddenly isn't tracking my exercises. I do the Elliptical and take a walk everyday and it is not showing any of that. Yet if I go to the Active minutes it shows me being active. I do NOT want to manually track everything. My Fitbit charge did not do this. I have tried rebooting the phone, reinstalling the app and rebooting the phone. Still nothing. HELP! I don't want to have to return this watch!!

Hi @rgfuentes1969 , when did this problem occur? If only yesterday, this was a server issue and is not solved. I had, as many others, the same problem yesterday: a lot of active minutes but no exercises. Today I synced my Versa 2 with my phone and all the "missed" exercises from yesterday were shown, so no data lost at all. Also today went walking using autologging and it worked like before. I have had the same thing happen. It started yesterday 1/14. I have turned my watch on and off three times, unpaired it from the Bluetooth, and removed and redownloaded the app. Still not working today and still not showing any of my activity from yesterday. I took 3 walks for 20 minutes each. I do not want to have to continually manually enter my activity. Not only should the watch do this but it adds steps and calories to what is already there.

I wish mine was working. Went for a walk this morning and it still isn't showing
