Versa with OnePlus 3T. No music controls (and broken notifications)

I've been trying to make this watch work for ages. It paired and updated fine, but the watch totally messes up my notifications not just on my watch, but on my phone too, seemingly witholding them for 10 minutes and then giving me 20 vibrations at once. But I'm not even too bothered about this as I'm happy to just disable the notification feature as it isn't a big deal for me, this is just a fitness tracker afterall. 

What I can't get over and makes the watch basicaly unusable for me is the fact that the music controls don't work at all, and the "Bluetooth classic" that it says to pair with if it doesn't work doesn't show up on my phone. 

When I run or go to the gym, my watch is the only way I have to change music and without this feature, the device is pointless to me. 

Please if anybody has any ideas it would be hugely appreciated as other than these issues I like the device.

@Morgan1234 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Your phone isn't listed as compatible so I can't guarantee notifications and quick replies will work without issues. I suggest you refresh the link between your phone and your Versa. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there (not only the Versa), restart your phone and restart your Versa by doing the following:

1.- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
2.- Let go of the buttons.
3.- If your Fitbit watch doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again. 

Now open the Fitbit app to start a sync and enable notifications again.
