Versa with full battery does not work outside charger.

Good day

 

My fitbit versa is 14 Months old and it never had any problems before now.

The battery is charged to 100%, but it turns itself off completely after approximately 30 seconds outside as soon as I remove it from the charger (There is no flashing green light and it does not respond to me pushing any buttons, or me trying to force reset it). When I put it back in, it turns on again, the fitbit logo comes up, and it shows that the battery is still on 100%. I am in South Africa, and I am unsure of what my options are regarding returns or repairs.

 

Can anybody assist?

Thank you for all the details that you've provided regarding the Versa that is constantly turned off when not connected to the charger. 

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.
