Versa won't Connect to GPS

My versa wont connect to GPS and if it does, it loses connection and spends a whole run searching. Does not give accurate distance data. 

Have tried the following troubleshooting:

• switching GPS off and on both app and watch

• restarting app, resetting watch

• using different exercise shortcuts

• uninstalled app and reinstalled

• factory reset of watch

 

Can someone please help me?

@AlexisKay10 Can you please share your phone model and OS? By any chance are you using Huawei, OnePlus or Honor?

Why would it matter what phone im using? The GPS on the watch isnt
connecting. Not GPS on my phone.

The watch doesn't have GPS, it has Bluetooth to connect to your phone which has GPS.

 

Turn on Bluetooth for your phone.

I turned on my bluetooth and it still says its connecting.
