I have my Fitbit versa synced to my android phone (oppo) and will not allow me to open text messages and also won't allow quick replies?? Why is this?

@Lani.DJ I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.

 

I'd like to follow up and would like to help you with the issue that your Versa is experiencing since it's not opening the text messages screen and won't allow you to select quick replies.

 

Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. This will refresh your watch internally. After this, swipe the clock face down and see if the notifications screen appears and works properly.

 

As a side note, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
