My Fitbit will not change time zones. I have adjust time zone selected. I have restarted phone twice and siced Fitbit twice. Help!

Hi @dianeklarer, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't change time zones. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data.
After this, make sure that your Dashboard has the correct time as well as the phone you sync your watch with. Finally, monitor your Versa 2 and see if the issue gets fixed.
