Versa won't charge after not using it for months

Hi there. I haven't used my Vera for months. So I tried to charge it and it will not. It said 0%. I have tried all the suggestions in the forum's. Even the 3 button tip.How are you supposed to do anything with no charge! It was working fine when I stopped using it!

Is there anymore suggestions? Or is it a pice of junk!

Hi @SunsetRunner - sometimes 0% can indicate internal damage such as moisture, or a factory reset failed, others it needs a bit more persistence try to charge, such as changing power source and allowing it to get out of deep discharge. If it gets hot while charging stop immediately.
