Versa won't charge after swimming

After my swim I thought I’d charge my versa, was on 9% after 1 hour got very very hot. Now won’t work

Hi there @markhewitt, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped charging after swimming. 

 

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team after posting here to report about this issue. Please keep a lookout in your inbox to the email address associated with this Fitbit account. Someone will be in contact with you as soon as possible since our support options are limited and wait times are longer than usual. While you receive an email from our team, I suggest you to not charge your watch until you heard from them.
