I bought my Versa October 1, 2018. It worked great until last week. Now when I put it on the charger, it won’t charge. Won’t turn on, nothing. I can feel that it is warm after being on the charger so I’m sure it’s not the charger. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting suggestions, still nothing.
