Versa won't charge and got hot

My versa was purchased in December and has been working beautifully!  Last night I put in on the charger and it wouldn't charge, but it was very hot. Today I put it on another charger and it still won't charge. 

 

Any suggestions?

@ldubois welcome to our Fitbit Community! Since you mentioned that your Versa got hot when you put it on the charger, let me go ahead and forward your case to our Support team so they can investigate further and provide a solution. You will receive an email from them soon.
