Versa won't charge and turn on

I used my versa while swimming and it suddenly died then won’t turn on, I thought it just run out of battery. After a week, I tried to charge it but it’s not charging. What can I do?

I would like to know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

No, it doesn’t vibrates when put on the charger. I tried to restart but the fitbit logo is not showing.
