My Versa was charged but appeared to die. I plugged it in and it came up with the red 0% like the battery had died. I have had it plugged in for an hour now and nothing's happening. It's plugged in via USB to my laptop and when I put it in the charger it does recognize a new device so it's not completely dead.

@Sophelia, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on and won't take a charge. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Keep me posted on the outcome! 😀
