I purchased this watch for my daughter for Christmas. It has not been holding a charge and now won't do anything. It won't take a charge and it's completely dead. I don't think 8 months is a very long life for a watch that costs as much as it did. She loves it, but I'm not impressed. Definitely won't be purchasing anther Fitbit doesn't do right by this one. I even purchased a new charger hoping that was the case and that did nothing either. It has had regular use and nothing major has happened to it.

@Molly772 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your daughter's Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge even though you have tried a new charger. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge the Fitbit Versa again for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
Thank you for your help @NellyG.
