my phone updated . I noticed the blue tooth was off. I turned it back on my fitbit needed charge. I put on the charger and it wont charge what so ever. I then checked the app on my phone and it say no device?! Anyone know how to fix it?

@edb84, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the charging issue that your Versa is experiencing, I would like to follow up and would like to know if the issue persists or if it got resolved after trying the restart process that @N8teGee shared.
In addition, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest.

Hi it wont even turn on or charge. I tried everything listed to try and it's not working. . I've been trying to get it to turn on all weekend. I ho on the app and it says No device. .I'm stumped.
