Since the firmware update 12-26 it hasn't held a charge and now it won't charge at all.

@JaLyn22, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't take a charge.
I would like to know if your Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge our watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I had also had synching issues and took it upon myself to factory reset this morning which was a stupid move because now i cannot get my versa to respond to anything nothing even comes on the screen anymore i have literally had it pluged up to the charger all day none of the tips or help articles help. I've tried to talk to someone on chat and they seny me to an article that was also no help. I do not have a warranty and am not the original buyer. It was in excellent working condition until the firmware update. I have tried everything and now i don't know what to do anymore! I guess i will have to try to sell it for parts. This is ridiculous i just bought brand new band and screen protectors for regular use.
