Versa won’t charge nor turn on

I have held down the buttons for ten seconds however it will not turn on nor will it charge. I’ve read through the forums with no resolution any help is appreciated.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email and phone. Please don't hesitate to get back if more assistance is needed.
