Versa won't charge or hold charge

I charged my Versa on Wednesday night to 100%. Battery died unexpectedly on Friday Am with no warning. I had a very hard time charging it. When plugged into charger, the Fitbit wouldn't show that it was charging. I cleaned the connections and unpaired and reset my Versa. It charged yesterday to 100% but died within several hours. I tried a different Versa charger but it made no difference. I tried again last night and I had to connect it to the charger multiple times before the screen showed that it was at 0%. It finally started charging. It took most of the night. I put it on this morning at 100%. Within 1 hour I noticed that the battery was almost dead. It died several minutes later. I'm very disappointed. I have only had my Versa for just over 6 months.

Hi, contact Customer Support about your problem and ask for a battery test.
