Versa won't charge or turn on after factory reset

I did a factory reset on my versa and now nothing will work, wont charge or turn on, watch is less than 2 years old. Very annoying as I use it everyday. I've tried all the resets like holding all 3 buttons for 3mins or more but nothing happens.
