Hi
i believe my watch died yesterday but I could have sworn I charge it so I went ahead and charged all day. When I got it at night it won’t turn on so i did the 3 buttons and It vibrated and I let go of the buttons but won’t do anything else. It’s not turning on. Is the charger faulty or is it the watch? Help!!! I don’t think I’m in warranty anymore. I honestly don’t know. Please advice on what to do next.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

If you are following the Restart instructions I gave you and nothing is happening, then contact Customer Support.

I have the same issue. Device won't turn on, reset doesn't do anything. Battery was at least 50% and Versa charger does not recognize device.

Holding the 3 buttons down for like 12 seconds until the Fitbit logo comes on and then letting go of the bottom right one immediately when logo disappears. Hold the two buttons until you get a strong bus then let go of all buttons. Mine got stuck after this. Nothing happens
