My versa won't charge, turn on, it's not doing anything, just got a new phone same number etc, did not sync it and now won't do anythin..please help!

Hi, which phone are you using now? With a new phone, even with the same number, the setup of the Versa to this new phone needs to be done all over again. On the other hand, the issues of the Versa you mention, are seperate from the new phone. Try restarting your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If this procedure solves your problems, setup your Versa with your new phone and sync it.

I have a versa and it's less than a year old. It stoped working and won't charge. I have been emailing fitbit and
tried all they said. I haven't heard from them in two days. anyone else had the same problem? Very disappointed.
