Versa won't charge or turn on

All of the sudden in the middle of the night, my Versa turned off. This morning, I tried charging it and nothing happened. I changed plugs, and even tried a completely different charger. Nothing worked. I tried holding down all 3 buttons and left button and bottom right button. Nothing! 

Please advise me on how to get my Versa to work again!

@Nikkiw100808 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful for this type of issues. Please clean the contacts of your watch with a cotton swab in order to remove any dust that the the contacts accumulate. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.
