I followed steps online to complete a factory reset on the device and now it won’t turn on and has a black screen. I’ve had the device about 3 weeks now. I want a replacement device or steps in how I can get the device working again. I’m so frustrated. I left it charge all day while I was in work and came home it was still a blank screen and won’t turn on. Not what you expect after three weeks for such a pricey product

Please try the steps that are listed in this help article. This article my contain some steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
