Versa won't charge or turn on

Versa quit while wearing, and should have been still charged.  It won't turn on even when charged overnight. Versa is only 6 months old.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issue with your 6-month-old Fitbit Versa which stopped working and won't charge or turn on when you tried to charge it. Upon checking with our Support team, I was told that you have already contacted them and that they were able to help you.
