My versa last week was losing time and kept saying the battery was low. So reset it hoping that would fix it but didn't. Now it is completely dead and wont turn on even when i have left charging for 48 hours. Im devastated as love using it. Can anyone help?

@BeckyGalloway welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on or take a charge. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy
