My versa all of a sudden won't charge. I bought 2 new chargers thinking that was the problem, but it won't charge on anything. Also tried different USB. Nothing! Need help please!
Same here. Won't charge, won't light up. I've tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. Happening to lots of people. People are thinking that some kind of up date caused issues, but fit bit won't acknowledge that as the cause.
Same here! It was on yesterday then I noticed the screen was black today. It won't reboot. It won't charge. I know the charger is good bc the device is getting warm.
