One of the kids cut my original watch charger in half. I got a new one. My watch drained to zero percent. Now trying to charge the watch and it won’t budge from zero. What am I doing wrong? Had it on the new charger all night.

Hi there, @AnneRoe. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa isn't charging with the new charger. I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to help you with this situation.

As a first approach, please restart your Versa as described in this help article How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart doesn't work and you haven't felt a vibration on your watch during this process, confirm that you've tried the following steps:

  • Clean the charging contacts on the back of your Versa using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
  • If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.
