I first noticed that the clock isn't showing. Then it did, but very laggy. When I swipe, it also lags. So I tried a restart. Clock wasn't showing again.
After maybe a few more restarts, my Versa kept on restarting on its own!! I then attempted a factory reset- held 3 buttons, released bottom right button when the logo disappeared, released 2 other buttons after vibration. AND THEN IT DIED! It now won't turn on, won't charge, won't reset.
Please help. 😞

Please restart your watch again by following these instructions.
In case that your Versa doesn't respond neither vibrates during the restart process, try the steps below:

It's not working anymore and I've been advised it's past warranty period so it won't be replaced. Lasted only for 2 and a half years. Disappointing.
PS. I upgraded to Versa 3. Now have an issue with Alexa.

Thank you for getting back, @cmventura. I'm sorry to see that your Fitbit Versa is no longer responding. I understand how you must be feeling.
It's great to know that you've upgraded to Versa 3. About the issue that you're reporting, before anything else I'd like you to make sure that the mobile phone you're using meets the requirements listed here to operate properly with the Fitbit app.
I recommend logging out from the voice assistant and then restarting your Versa 3 once again. To disconnect Alexa:
Note: The microphone in your watch only turns on when you activate it, for example by opening a voice assistant app. The microphone turns off when the voice assistant responds, when you close the voice assistant, or when your watch’s screen turns off.
