Fiancee got fitbit versa, long story short now it won't charge. Fitbit claims they won't help due to vendor bought at, and now she is severely upset at the whole situation. I have tried different computers and plugs to try to charge and nothing. Looking for some help as a last resort before she goes and buy an apple watch and write off fitbit.

Hi @osubucksfan09 Does the Versa have any charge at all right now? Have you tried restarting it? Mark sure the contact on the tracker and the charge are clean. A tine bit of lint can impact the connect, thus making it not charge properly.

i clean the watch and the charger also and its still not working . there is not battery at all so i can't make a restart

I have the same problem. Completely dead. I have the Versa.
