Versa won't charge

I performed a factory reset on my fitbit versa and after that my watch wouldn't turn on I tried pressing the buttons placed it in the charging dock no sign of life . But after a week or so I just randomly tried pressing the left and right bottom button it turned on and it showed 0% percent battery left but when placed in the dock it wouldn't charge , the dock is fine I guess
