Today my Versa kept shutting off then going to the fitbit screen saying it needed an update. When I go to the app I follow all the directions to get the tracker update, I get the green check mark showing it did the update, then my app says it failed and I need to do it over bluetooth. I've done it over bluetooth and the Versa screen says it still needs updated. I have followed all the troubleshooting it suggests and I still can't use my Versa!!! I have been trying to update it since around 11:00 this morning!

I would like to know what troubleshooting steps you have tried in order to avoid providing the same information and assist you accordingly.
