Versa won't complete the firmware update

Hi, anyone had any issues with updating the firmware on their Versa? I tried it last night only to have it stop updating 3/4 way through and now my versa is stuck on the logo screen and won’t do anything. I’ve tried all the things the forums and help suggests (button pressing, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, switching off phone ect ) and now just waiting for customer support to get back to me.

Did you try to hold down all the buttons for 10 sec?

@Mari86 @JuanJoFitbit

I held down all the buttons (as described in these forums) many times but nothing happened - the frozen logo screen remained. Then the final time I tried I let go of the bottom button as soon as I saw the logo come in the screen, the versa vibrates and......died completely. Black screen, no response to holding any combination of buttons. It’s dead dead dead.

Fitbit support  contacted me back and their suggestion was update my app (done) and to link to a support page telling me to reset the Versa by going to the device’s settings screen.....after I had already emailed to tell them the device was not responsive in any way 🤔🤷‍:female_sign:🤦🏼‍:female_sign:
