My versa wouldn't sync loading time so far off by 6 hours. Turn off on, uninstalled app reinstalled.
Factory reset versa, after pin entered versa just sits there with logo dots moving around for hours... Help please.

@Layback62, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. By the way, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the connection issue that your Versa is experiencing with your phone's app. I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps that you mentioned above.
In order to avoid providing the same information on my end, I would like to know how was the factory reset performed.
In the meantime, try a regular restart as described in this help article. Finally, try the setup process one more time and see if the issue gets fixed.
