My original versa started losing time and not syncing, etc. I spoke with customer service and did a factory reset, but after that, it never reconnected to my phone or bluetooth again. I even went to my in laws house and used their wifi to try. I spent a week troubleshooting everything we could try before they sent a replacement. The replacement has the EXACT same problem! I know this is not an issue with my devices or my connection as neither Fitbit is being picked up by any of the 4 phones and 2 laptops in our household. My husband's versa is shown and my devices will connect and pick it up without an issue. We have turned off and unpaired all of the bluetooth devices that we own and bluetooth still can not find either if my Versas (only one on at a time). I have unpaired my old one from every device. The new one never paired to anything. I cleared all of my caches. Uninstalled and reinstalled the apps, tried a million factory resets, but I get absolutely nothing. I'm so fed up. I am about to send everything back and give up on the Versa in general. It it's just stuck on the startup screen.

Hi,
There are no error messages as it never leaves the initial startup screen. We have attempted to connect it on 2 Samsung A 6 phones, a Sony Xperia XZ, a Samsung S8, and a Gigabyte laptop. It doesn't even show up on bluetooth on these devices either.
