Versa won't connect or sync with Android phone after firmware upgrade (32.33.1.30)

Hi there, a couple of days ago I updated the firmware on my versa and have seen nothing but grief since. My Versa won't connect to my Motorola Z3 or My Nexus 5X, both of which synched (mostly) fine before the update. The Versa still syncs with both of my Windows computers.

I'm very technically savvy. I've tried unpairing, factory reset, the works, to no avail.

What's going on?

The Motorola phone is not a supported device, the Nexus 5X is. Let's start with the Nexus. Log out of your account. Then, go into the phone's settings and force stop the Fitbit app and then clear the cache. Reboot the phone and log back into your account. Does that help at all?

In the alternative, uninstall the app, reboot and then reinstall the app.

That pointed me in the right direction, thanks. I had to uninstall, remove
my versa from bluetooth, reboot, and reinstall. This worked on both devices.
Still disappointing because this was triggered by a firmware update on the
watch, and additionally I used to be a Pebble owner and never had such
issues with it. Being that Pebble engineers now work for Fitbit you'd
expect a similar level of robustness out of their products, but alas, seems
the focus has shifted.

Fitbit may have purchased pebble, but they did not keep the staff, or the design or anything really. Just the IP.
