Versa won’t connect to Bluetooth

I’m so disappointed. This is my first Fitbit and I have only had it two days. I think something is wrong. It will not hook up to my Bluetooth so I can sync my info. It worked the first day, but it’s not working today.  It shows steps when I’m not even moving. The heart rate seems fine but it’s showing fake steps all day long even when I’m not moving. Or it will show 100 steps when I only take 5-20 steps. I’m going to return it, thank goodness I purchased through Fitbit.com it says 45 day return. I’m not keeping something that just doesn’t work. What’s the point if it’s so inaccurate and won’t hook up to Bluetooth?! And from what I’ve heard, Fitbit has poor customer service and does not stand behind their products. I think I’m better off buying the Apple Watch.
