Versa won't connect to Bluetooth

I have a versa that will not connect to Bluetooth tooth. I cannot get it to connect to my weather app or display messages on my versa. But is recording my steps on my app? It also says it is not connected to my phone. I have rebooted both my phone and my Fitbit many times. I have turned the Bluetooth on and off and nothing. I am what else can I do to get them all to connect and show up on my phone????

I have a Pixel XL. Everything worked and would sync as of Sunday. I haven't changed anything so not sure what happened.

@TMC20   This is my systematic approach when otherwise good apps start doing bad things.

  • Delete the app (log out optional)
  • Turn your phone off
  • Restart your Versa
  • Restart your phone
  • Redownload the app and log in

Systematic, maybe unscientific.  It might help.
